Abstract:

Umorzenie postępowania sądowoadministracyjnego stanowi niemerytoryczny sposób zakończenia postępowania sądowego. Postanowienie sądu o umorzeniu postępowania w zasadzie uniemożliwia ponowne wszczęcie postępowania sądowego.


Abstract
Discontinuation of administrative court proceedings is a non-substantive way of ending court proceedings. The court’s decision to discontinue the proceedings basically prevents the re-initiatin of court proceedings. Discontinuation of court proceedings is possible only if court proceedings have been properly initiated. The grounds for discontinuing court proceedings refer to the groundlessness of the court proceedings.
