The phenomenon of mobbing and the axiology of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland
The problem of mobbing is difficult to solve when the employer does not notice it, underestimates it or does not care about healing the atmosphere in the work environment. Categorical opposition to such unethical and unlawful practices should result, in the first place, in prosecuting mobbers and ensuring protection for victims of mobbing, as well as co-workers who were passive victims of the persecutors' activities. The entirety of the issue of mobbing in relation to the axiology of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland indicates a deficit in the scope of relevant legal norms that would comprehensively refer to the phenomenon of mobbing.
It should be remembered that anyone can become a victim of mobbing and it can even result in loss of life.
