Search for: [Abstract = "During the electoral campaign to the parliament in Autumn 1922, the clergy in Radomski, Konecki and Opoczyński counties generally supported right\-wing parties that formed the Christian Association of National Unity \(ChZJN\). Following the recommendations of the Curia, they were allowed to do that outside the Church. Researched material of the State administration indicates that the largest involvement of the clergy in the organization of ChZJN rallies took place in Konecki county, where nearly half the meetings were held by the clergy. Nonetheless, only six priests were involved in that activity. Conspicuously fewer cases have been confirmed in Radomski county, and as for Opoczyński county, documentation is not complete. ChZJN won the elections in constituency No 93, and it received the largest support in Radomski and Opoczyński counties."]
