 abstract={W artykule skoncentrowano się na średniowiecznym rękopisie medycznym, który należał na przełomie XV i XVI w. do Hektora, aptekarza w Ołomuńcu, później do cystersów z Henrykowa. Manuskrypt zawiera dwa zielniki, dzieła Zygmunta Albika z Moraw i Mikołaja z Salerno. Uzupełnieniem są przepisy, recepty i różne notki dotyczące szeroko rozumianej medycyny, które ostrożnie możemy datować na okres od XV do XVII stulecia. Kodeks nosi „roboczy tytuł” katalogowy Varia medica medii aevi medicae, sporządzony został około 1458 r. Zawarte treści w zasadzie nie są wyjątkowe dla dziejów książki i księgozbiorów na Śląsku, zwłaszcza na Dolnym Śląsku. Rękopisy salernitańskie (nie dosłownie, ale w znaczeniu zawartości takie, które zawierają traktaty powstałe w kręgu szkoły z Salerno) znane były na tym terenie co najmniej od XIII w. Potwierdzeniem takich wniosków są liczne do dzisiaj manuskrypty, np. w Bibliotece Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego, a pochodzące z dawnych śląskich klasztorów (ukuto nawet termin dla tego zjawiska: „medycyna mnisza”).},
 abstract={The article focuses on the medieval medical manuscript which belonged to Hector, apothecary in Olomouc, at the turn of the 15th/16th centuries, and then to the Cistercians of Henryków. The manuscript, which contains two herbals, is the work of Sigismund Albik of Moravia and Nicolas of Salerno. It is supplemented with recipes, prescriptions and various notes on broadly-understood medicine, which probably dates back to the period of time from the 15th century up to the 17th century. The codex’s working title is Varia medica medii aevi medicae, and it was created in the year 1458. The contents included in the manuscript are far from being exceptional in terms of the history of a book and of library collections in Silesia, especially in Lower Silesia. Salernitan manuscripts (not in terms of the place of the origin but rather the contents including the treatises written under the influence of Salerno school) have been found in the area since the 13th century or earlier. Numerous manuscripts originating from the then Silesia monasteries (the so called “monk’s medicine) and found in, for instance, the library of Wrocław University confirm these conclusions.},
